The Head of Legal and Democratic Services has marked with an asterisk (*) those items where he has reason to believe that consideration may need to be given as to whether or not a resolution excluding the public should be passed.

Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:
(1) the type of interest concerned; and

To receive a verbal update on issues related to the Strategic Commissioning Group.

| 6. | HEALTHY WEIGHT ACTION PLAN
To consider the Healthy Weight Action Plan

| 7. | BETTER CARE FUND
To consider the Better Care Fund Locality Plan, to be circulated under separate cover.

| 8. | TOBACCO CONTROL THEMATIC DEBATE
To hold a debate on issues related to Tobacco Control

| 9. | SEXUAL HEALTH ACTION PLAN
To receive a presentation on issues related to the Sexual Health Action Plan. |
